The House of Service Ashtray Wall Art

After some intensive research, we could not find much information about The House of Service other than a couple other listings of similar ashtrays. We found an advertisement in The Upland News, a newspaper for Upland, San Bernardino County, August 2, 1917, for a "The House of Service" by the Eymann-Goerz Hdw. Co. that sold building supplies, but because of the geographical difference, we cannot confirm their relationship. The address listed on the ashtray, 1221 Alhambra Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95816 is now a strip mall.
