After doing some research on this building, we really could not find much at all. Its address, 108 Cliff Ave, Capitola, CA 95010, is currently a house. With the information reported, the home sits on a 4,748 sqft lot and was built in 1910. The phone number on this ashtray points to it being a little younger, around the 1960s or 70s, but the age of the current home does not align with that. Some possibilities include that building being this motel or a change of address in the city. Either way, this ashtray and its print are a surviving memory of that business to this day.
