The Harbor Ashtray Wall Art

Upon doing some research, we cannot conclusively find The Harbor in Nice, California. The style of the ashtray makes us think it is earlier, maybe the 1950s. The martini-esque glass also makes it seem like The Harbor may have been a bar or lounge of some kind. There was a Harbor Restaurant & Lounge in Nice, California that had a re-grand opening on August 30, 2016 and people commenting that they ate at the restaurant for more than 20 years; however, because of the lack of context from the ashtray and the differences in the logos, we cannot connect the two businesses with much certainty.
