A high quality art print of an ashtray from Diamond Jim's Gambling Hall and Saloon, Jackpot, Nevada. Vintage, circa 1960s. Framed in 3/8" extruded aluminum metal. Made in the USA.
Diamond Jim's opened in the small town of Jackpot on June 10, 1960. The building itself was built earlier and transported in two sections and made its home across the street from Club 93. Issues with the partners owning the casino, namely two out of the four, caused the establishment to face financial difficulties right from the start. The casino was shut down on January 11, 1961. It was purchased two times after but finally closed permanently in 1968. It would eventually become a storage building for Club 93 where it now stands as an abandoned building.
